Derrick Leonárd is bringing love back to R&B.
With a falsetto that recalls the timeless soul of Maxwell and the ethereal touch of artists like Alex Isley, Leon Thomas, and H.E.R., Derrick creates soul music for the modern romantic.
Hailing from New York City, he’s no stranger to the stage -- appearing on America’s Got Talent, NBC’s The Winner Is, and X-Factor, earning recognition for both his vocal range and emotional depth. He's also performed worldwide with the viral a cappella group Duwende.
His debut single, “Kiss Me,” sets the tone for an era of smooth, intentional, love-centered R&B.
